What To Expect
Day 1
Your first visit is designed to be thorough, comfortable, and focused entirely on you. We take the time to listen, assess, and create a plan that supports your individual goals — whether that’s pain relief, pregnancy support, family wellness, or long-term care.
Initial consultation: We begin by taking time to learn about your health history, lifestyle, concerns, and goals so we can understand the full picture — not just your symptoms.
Scans and X-rays: We utilize these when clinically appropriate to better understand how your body is functioning. This allows us to assess alignment, movement, and patterns of stress so we’re making informed decisions — not guessing.
By the end of your visit, you’ll have a clearer understanding of what’s going on in your body and how chiropractic care may support your needs.
After gathering all necessary information, we’ll create a personalized care plan tailored to your specific goals and stage of life. We believe care should feel collaborative — so we’ll always explain our findings, answer your questions, and ensure you feel confident moving forward
Day 2
Your second visit is all about clarity and next steps.
Report of Findings: We will review everything we learned from your consultation, exam, and x-rays. We’ll explain what we see in a clear, easy-to-understand way — how your spine is functioning, where stress or imbalance may be present, and how that connects to the concerns that brought you in.
From there, we’ll walk through your personalized care plan, outlining recommended care frequency, goals, and what to expect as your body responds to chiropractic care. This is a collaborative conversation, and we always welcome your questions
Your first adjustment: Once we’ve reviewed the plan, you’ll receive your first chiropractic adjustment. We primarily utilize Torque Release Technique (TRT) —a gentle, precise approach focused on specific neurological input rather than forceful movement.
Adjustments are tailored to your body, age, and stage of life, making them appropriate for infants, children, pregnant women, and adults. Our goal is to deliver care that feels safe, comfortable, and intentional.
